Ethernet not working

My ethernet is not working . I tried updated every driver  I even reinstall all the drivers and diagnostic . It doesn't show lights or anything on the plug . In realtek diagnostics it identifies when I plug the cable but its says " Link status is disconnected" .
I tried restarting my pc for a hours hoping it works and it didn't. Wifi works perfectly fine

What are you plugging into?

Have you tried a different network cable?

Have you tried plugging that same cable (plugged into the same place on the other end) into a device you know works?

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

What network adapters are listed under Device Manager?

Do you have a laptop or other device you can test the cable with? Are you using Powerline adapters?
