KVM switch recommendation for gaming monitor

Hello, 


I work from home and I'm looking for a KVM switch that will allow me to switch my mouse and keyboard plus my two 1440p 144hz monitors between my work laptop and my gaming pc.

 

I see a lot of KVM switches that claim they do 4k at 60hz with HDMI 2, but I don't know if buying one of those will let me benefit of 144hz on my 1440p monitors.
