Thermal pad replacement for a 5 year old laptop?

Hey guys, I have an MSI Laptop that has an I5 6300HQ and a GTX 1060 3GB

 

The laptop name is GE62VR, I want to replace its thermal pads because I saw that some of them are damaged and they have been there for 5 years (yes, I replaced thermal paste already 2 times, the laptop does not have high temps, but I feel like i need to change atleast the thermalpads that are above the VRMs and VRAM modules since some of them are cut in half for example.

 

My question is: Any reccomendations? I dont want to spend a lot of money but I dont want them to be trash either.
