Do funko pops inside my pc affect airflow?

Arcx99

So i put two funko pops in my Mid tower pc one on the graphics card and one between the graphics card and the front fans, Will it affect airflow and temps?

No. Only considerations would be potential dust buildup (easy solution) and what happens if one falls over and jams a fan. The presence of the figures in there won't have any other negative effect, and even those aren't really likely to be negatives.

*edit, yes, obviously big chunks of plastic will affect airflow. Will you notice? Not in any mid-tower I've seen, aside from maybe the Thermaltake Core G1 (the weird flat thing)

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

Yes, obviously. However probably not notably.

I still wouldn't put plastic on a GPU that can easily reach 100°C.

yes, unless they're made of some space age material that's permeable to matter

yes, but i doubt it affects temps to the point that it matters

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

Just pick an aerodynamic character.

(Don't worry about it that much, because it's not going to make a huge difference.)

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

it'll be fine, doubt a 2060 can make it hot enough to really do anything

a 3090, on the other hand, i would worry because of the backplate temps

Easiest way to find out is to test it. Power up after a night of the system sitting, Turn it on and play for an hour without the Pops. Note your temps. Repeat with the Pops in there.

Did you read?

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

That's his signature. It has as much to do with this topic as the system specs in your signature.
