Router

Hello. I will move into a new apartment of 59 square meters and will have a fiber signal of 1000/1000 Mbit / s and wonder which router is best for this.

For what it’s worth 1000Mb/s = 125MB/s

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

ISP = internet service provider

Your ISP will provide you with an ONT or fiber gateway which, being a device from them, should be able to give you symmetric gigabit speeds. Unless you find their device suboptimal or they just provide you with a media converter (fiber to ethernet handoff), you don't need to go looking for your own router at this point.
