You'll need to provide some more information if you want people to be able to help you. Your pictures have nothing to do with a router or Plex (I'm assuming that's what you mean) server.

That's a phone system, not a router or server.

 

It will do the job if you want to hook up a bunch of Avaya phones and have them call each other, like in an office, but that's the only job it can do.
