Should I enable a read-cache on my simple ssd raid-0 array?

I am setting up a simple 2x sata SSD RAID-0 array in the bios of my mb (Aorus B550I Pro AX)

 

During set-up it asks to enable/disable a read cache for the array. I can't work out what a read cache could be in this instance? Or if it would be better to enable or disable it?

 

I know my MX500 SSDs have DRAM and SLC cache but I can't imagine that the RAID controller has anything to do with that.

 

Any ideas?
