gigabyte eagle 3080ti super low hasrate

i have a 3080ti card that only gives 54-67mh/s no matter what i do

 

first thing was overheating, that is fixed now with new paste and pads

 

now its mining with 60c on core and 80c on memory

 

i have tried with different OC settings on afterburner without improvements

 

now i did try to flash evga 3080ti bios for way better hashrate, i dont know if i did it right but the card shows up as evga 3080ti on gpu z

 

but it still mines at 55mhs on nicehash, on benchmarking it says 66-68mhs

 

 

i have also tried different drivers.

 

what do i do ?
