Something's *IN* My LCD

I saw this little spot in my 32" 4K display yesterday.  I'm not sure what it is, but my guess is it's something physical inside the display.  And my guess is: it's going to be there permanently.  I'm sure as hell not disassembling the thing to figure it out!

Looks like one of those small black flies (thunderbug or thunderfly).
