just spent around 40minutes on making a news thread, accidentally clicked on a new tab, deleted all progress. my blood pressure is rising

Pro Tip: Ctrl + Shit + T reopens a recently closed tab(s). It won't bring back your stuff, but it's good to know.

No, but really. Do it in a Notepad document and press Ctrl + S each time you pause. It's a great habit to have. 

For everyone who knows where this GIF is from and what it's about, there will be tears. Or at least there should be.

no i just know that every time i venture into the news section any news item has 20 threads in the first minute so i just stopped going to the news section... fixed that problem for me anyways lol

Basically, the guy who did Iroh's voice died right after making the episode that song is in. It was an episode dedicated to his memory, just as it was dedicated to Iroh's son's memory. That's why his voice changes mid-season. At the end of the episode, it says "In honor of Mako." which fits both Iroh's son and his Voice Actor.

Mako Iwamatsu was his VA.

He was the voice actor for Aku from Samurai Jack, he was the Admiral from Pearl Harbor, and he did a lot of other stuff too. It was sad. 

The episode itself was sad due to Iroh's loss of his son (and him being such a good, awesome character), but it was quite the double whammy.
