Does the Razer Viper Ultimate still come with protective tape at the bottom of the mouse?

I bought a Razer Viper Ultimate from Amazon. (The version without the dock)

 

First thing I noticed is that there was a tape over the original tape that seals the box.

 

Then I opened it and things inside did not seem to be arranged as new.

 

Then I watched this video:

 

 

You can see it has a protective tape at the bottom. Mine did not.

 

Now maybe this video is old and the new versions don't come with this tape anymore.

 

But if yes, it was definitely used. So do the new versions still come with this protective tape?
