Trying to enable 32bit artitecture

I'm trying to enable 32bit so that wine can function properly but after inputing the command from the website https://wiki.winehq.org/Ubuntu I get this error. I am running Pop!OS version 21.4.
I don't know what I'm doing (no less what I'm doing wrong) so some input would be nice.

wine64 = 64bit

wine = 32bit

wine64 = 64bit

On the wine website it says "If your system is 64 bit, enable 32 bit architecture (if you haven't already)" so I assumed that was something I needed to do.
