Most garish Socket 1150 air cooler?

I have a plain grey(ish/black) case.

I want to liven it up a bit. It has a 4pin PWN header for the CPU cooler, currently using stock intel cooler on Core i5-4430.

Need something loud (colour-wise, not sound) that isn't an AIO (not ready to fool with that yet)

Any suggestions? It's not a gaming box, so if the cooling capability is a bit naff, it's okay.

Get any Noctua cooler for the prestige poop brown color.

 

Okay but really - Cooler Master has variants of the Hyper 212 that has static LEDs, and the RGB variant has a Molex power connector if you don't have an ARGB header.

It's entirely possible that I misinterpreted/misread your topic and/or question. This happens more often than I care to admit. Apologies in advance.

they make fans too for the case...odd looking but i guess for the right build it could be money? every now and then i see a build around looks over everything els...

I saw they made case fans too, but I think that would be overkill. Garish colours work, if you don't overdo it.
