weird dripping sounds coming from pc

i haven't used my pc in about a week and turned it on today to here it constantly making dripping sounds every 15-45 seconds

don't know why this is happening is this normal 

all hardware seems okay

Could be air bubbles in your AIO. How is it mounted to your system? Is the pump higher than the radiator by any chance?
