Can you use dish network for windows media center

I have dish network and would like to know if you can use it on windows media center

Dish Network has their Dish Anywhere service you can use to stream live TV, but if you don't want to do that you can buy a TV tuner for your computer.

You would likely need a cable card, and the hardware in your computer to read it.

 

I couldnt even find an example to show you that wasnt on ebay. So good luck.

Not sure if it would or not. If I remember those dont do the encrypted streams but the card ones will. Best to do some more research.
