Samsung g7 odyssey 32 inch curved gaming picture

i bought the samsung g7 32 inch curved monitor, and i copied the picture settings from a youtube vedio

the colours and all the settings .

Refresh rate 240 

black equalizer 8

pic mode custom

brightness 50

contrast 40

sharpness 56

color: red 70 green 70 blue 70

color tone custom

gamma mode 1

dynamic contrast off

i'm not sure 

feels a little different than the monitor i had before

i had asus pg 279q 27 inch

Panel-to-panel differences mean you can't just copy settings from a Youtube video and expect it to look the same. Same reason it will look different from your old monitor.

 

Only way to get consistency is to properly calibrate your display with a display calibration tool.

Okay, are you having another issue then with the monitor or.... you just don't like the way it looks with copy/paste calibration?

yeah it doesn't look that great with the copy paste

I've had good luck with TFT Central calibrations as a starting point.

You'll still likely have to tweak it a bit to get it how you want it to look. Without a calibration tool it's trial-and-error until you find what looks good to you.

yeah its good now with the icc profile
