Something's wrong with my monitor while playing fullscreen

I don't know what to call this. My monitor "jitters";"starts doubling frames";"flickers". It only happens when playing full screen.

My monitor is AOC G2590FX 144hz. GPU is GTX1660 SUPER

Do you have G-Sync enabled? Might be incompatible.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
