What about a Intel Core i7-10700KF Desktop Processor 8 Cores up to 5.1 GHz Unlocked Without Processor Graphics LGA1200 (Intel 400 Series chipset) 125W
I need help picking a GPU

Good CPU, look at the 10600k or 10400F for the games you play.

Why don;t you post a request for a New Build and Planning thread?  We can help you build a PC in your budget to get great performance in the games you play.

I wanna buy the AMD Ryzen 9 5900X - Ryzen 9 5000 Series Vermeer (Zen 3) 12-Core 3.7 GHz Socket AM4 105W Desktop Processor - 100-100000061WOF

How much FPS will I get in Valorant, CSGO, GTA, COD, Apex Legends?
Thanks

By itself you'll get zero. You need a GPU as well, and then you'd be able to figure out what kind of numbers you'd be looking at.

What? Why is the 5900X terrible for eSports while the 10700KF/10600K/10400F are good? The 5900X should outperform those Intel CPUs in almost all mentioned games. The 5900X is bad value for pure gaming, but with the exception of the new Alder Lake CPUs it's for the most part the fastest CPU for gaming. If you wanted to make a value oriented suggestion why the 10600k and not the 5600X/12600K? Or even the 11600K?

Well, firstly I opined about the 5900x being bad for esports, I should have added "cuz it's way too expensive and the 5600x will still get you 45,000 fps" 🙂

I mentioned the 10600k and 10400F since he switched to Intel's lineup.  The 11600K isn't faster than the 10600K, the 11xxx lineup is a total shitshow for the most part.

Basically, you used more words than I did and I should have used more.

The 11600K is barely faster than the 10600K, but still faster, particularly important when they usually cost the same.

I probably would go either for a 10400F on sale or the 5600X/12600K anyway.
