Unable to sign out of incomplete third party account creation after selecting sign in

Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened?

Attempt to sign in with an existing Google account not linked to a forum account

Attempt to sign out

 

 

What happened?

Stuck in loop asking to complete account

 

What did you expect to happen?

Account creation cancelled, cookie invalidated

If it's a cloudflare error, what was the ray ID from the bottom of the error page?
