My Arozzi Vernazza reclining mechanism isn't locking when I let the lever down.

As of this morning, when I went to lean back in my chair a little bit I noticed the back shot back like I had pulled the lever up to allow myself to recline but I wasn't, tried tightening every bolt on the chair but it still continued to do it regardless.

Don't know of a fix, or any reason why this is happening.

Classic failure of those mechanisms. It’s probably just broken.

when Arozzi Vernazza is a close to good but cheap brand.

really wish they perfected their stuff, maybe some they do... but they do some cheap ass solutions.

 

sadly I see a lot of "premium" looking brands using nice materials but just sucks in design or for what its going to be used as.
