Enabling XMP without a Graphics Card

So I’m trying to enable xmp for my pc but when I select enable for xmp, it still says 2666 instead of 3600. I’m wondering if this has anything to do with having no GPU. Thank You.

Lack of GPU will not have anything to do with it.

 

What's you motherboard, CPU, and RAM exact models?

Different boards have different limits.  

 

A board I have is capped at 2400, unless I do weird customizations.
