I swear it's not on purpose but I usually sleep 2-4 hours at night, then 2 hours in the afternoon. I hate it and it's terribly unhealthy but it's stuck to me in the last month or so and I've been too busy to get a proper sleep schedule going on again.

I tend to sleep around 1am, and that's without having work keep me up. I don't know, I just can't sleep earlier than that, but I end up regretting it in the morning :P

In the summer, my sleep schedule is totally screwed up. I sleep at like 6am and wake up at like 6pm...

Afternoon sleep is pretty healthy. I think your system is better.

It makes a day job extremely hard cause now my most productive hours are between 8pm and 2am and I'm drooling all over my desk the next day.

I tend to sleep in two parts of the day.  First part is from 4-7 am.  Second part is around 5-9PM.

During summer, I tend to sleep at 6 AM-12 PM depending on how tired I am.  Sleep is for the weak  :P

I get to bed around 11:30, fall asleep between 12 and 1am. Wake up at 6:30. I just drink 3 cups of coffee and I'm good to go for the day. Coffee is a life saver.

Recently I've been going to sleep a little later than normal, around 10:30 to 11:30, but that's because I have schoolwork to do, then I want to play games on the PC I just built and the time always flies for the latter... :( If I could stop time while I use my PC I would get a lot more done with more sleep as well...

My sleeping pattern usually follows the rising of the sun. When it gets dark out I feel sleepy, and when the sun rises in the morning it gently wakes me up :) However because of daylight saving it's bright at 6am and dark at 8pm...

I go to sleep around 10.00 PM - 11.00 PM on weekdays, as I have to wake up at 6.00 AM (but my first wake-up alarms start from 5.00 AM). On weekends I go to sleep from like 1.00 AM - 3.00 AM and wake up past 11.00 AM. My sleeping rhymes have gone to crap not only because of early wake-ups (due to school bus), but also because days are becoming longer and I have a hard time sleeping when there's bright sunlight coming trough the curtain.

I should get either more than 9 hours of sleep or less than 3 hours if I don't want to feel too sleepy waking up (however for obvious reasons I will struggle with less than 4 hours of sleep to stay awake in school, though so far never have slept in class). I should go to sleep earlier, but days are just too short when there's lots of things that need to be done.

Never trust my advice. Only take any and all advice from me with a grain of salt. Just a heads up.
