Also that second picture has both your Intel AX200 Wifi chip and a Realtek NIC working.. but your board doesn't have a Realtek NIC.

I'm not very confused. What did you install?  New hardware?

yes i installed the Realtek NIC to get a connection on the PC
AX200 Wifi started working because of the net connection

I am building a PC for my friend and i have installed windows on the machine but i am not able to install the Ethernet or Wi-Fi drivers for it.

I have also installed Linux mint 20.2 and all of the networking works without issues

TUF GAMING X570-PRO (WI-FI)

Windows 10 64 bit

i have tried installing the drivers directly from intel:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18293/intel-network-adapter-driver-for-windows-10.html

nothing has worked so far

Have you tried installing the drivers from ASUS instead of Intel's website? You should be able to use the proper drivers from Intel's site for Intel Network Adapters, but for sake of testing I would also try the one's ASUS provides. If that doesn't work, time to reinstall Windows and/or contact ASUS, cause you know the Ethernet adapter works from a Linux OS.

Can you open Device Manager, expand Network adapters and take a screenshot? Should look like this.

Wait, what exactly did you "install"?

That board has built in wifi and ethernet.

Also that second picture has both your Intel AX200 Wifi chip and a Realtek NIC working.. but your board doesn't have a Realtek NIC.

I'm not very confused. What did you install?  New hardware?
