How much power do GPUs consume while mining?

So my oldest sister just got her electricity bill and it says that somehow She consumed 1577kWh on a span of 58 days, which seems fishy since she lives alone on a 1 room 1 bathroom apartment, so I started to wonder wheter it was plausible that one of her neighbours was taking power from her house somehow because there isn't any way that she spent that much power.

This question is like asking how much fuel a vehicle uses. It depends. If you are suspecting of foul play, shut all the breakers down and monitor the power meter. 

 

Also that number is not that high. Just having AC running could easily hit those numbers.

800 kWh per month. 27 per day. Heat output should be visible. Might try a thermal camera. Problem is if you are wrong, cops show up and it's false accusations... Need evidence.

Does apartment have electric space heater, water heater? Older electronics use more energy than modern ones. Still feels a lot compared to what my whole family house uses, but there are too many unknowns. 

Half of my bill was old pond water pump xD, only noticed it once it broke down...

1577kWh is 1577000Wh, thats a usage of 27189.6552 a day, 1132.9023 an hour, so like a mincrowve being on for the entire time

Not knowing where exactly you are and other variables about the apartment, it's not unreasonable for a moderately insulated apartment in a warm climate with the AC set to a reasonable temperature. My two bed (and an office)/one bath apartment averages about 1000kWh per month in the summer (with both me and my roommate working from home).

The aparment is barely 21m² iirc, also my sister spends most of the day outside working, She's at least 12hs in her apartmemt all day (including sleeping hours) we also just got out of winter so last 2 months went from very cold to cold to chill

Think i consume 1000-1500 on average in norway, someting inbetween that use.. Knowing i have a 400w something gpu i assume its gonna be higher now..

Dont even want to overclock this card.
