best wireless controller for PC

I primary my PS4 controller still, but really enjoy the feel of the PS5 controllers.

 

They'll all work fine.

xbox one controller or ps4/ps5 controller depending on your ergonomic preference.

Series X controller. It just feels better than the One controller. In general, though, Xbox controllers are still the best PC controllers.

It's subtle, but definitely different. It's hard to explain unless you've held it in your hand, but it just feels better and doesn't seem to tire your hands as much.

USB-C charging, a different D-pad, there are some tactile bumps on the back and triggers, and supposedly it's had some reshaping to be more comfortable for kids, but I couldn't tell a difference in the few minutes I've held one.

PS controlers are still worse, just because oif the p[ains of using them with the need for the special driver install and crap

I've never had to touch DS4Windows, games see it perfectly fine right off the bat

didn't say it had the best technology or build, but you can't beat first party integration... to quote Jensen Huang... "it just works"

That's what I use and love it. I use mine with the wireless adapter, I tried using it with the bluetooth on my motherboard and it was awful.  Usb C is nice, no worrying about the kids destroying the port.

It feels way better to me than using a xbox one controller. The bumps all over give me a way better grip

Vibration/rumble in controllers is stupid and distracting anyway unless it actually communicates useful information the way a force feedback joystick or wheel does about the way the plane or car is handling.

If you've never experienced precision haptic feedback from coils, you don't know what you're missing.

 

That said, after further reading, apparently they are implemented in the triggers now. But would (does) any PC game utilize them?
