Any recommended 120 mm case fans that have good airflow and are around 20 db while idle or while playing a  game? also pwm fans too please

Most fans are quiet at low rpm and the effective noise level will depend on how far you are from the system along with the case the fans are in. How much cooling is required depends on the system. System specs?

Where are you shopping / located? Budget?
