GPU now goes Noctua. I wonder if motherboard will soon follow, having Noctua style colour scheme?

Oooooo, there’s a thought, I have X570 motherboard and noctua makes some pretty small fans-anyone care to wager how well replacing the stock fan with a noctua fan would go?

@0591ryan Oh ho ho. Well, I mean, Delta fans are also not bad. But what I really wish Noctua will do is to at least release laptop fans. Maybe Asus ROG Strix laptop will be next?

that's not what i'm referring to at all. RGB doesn't change the base colour of the fans.

 

and if you want something that isn't disgusting brown, you either need to pay more for the chromax or industrial fans or you get worse performing fans for a higher price in the NF-P redux series compared to other brands.

Ah, it wasn’t very clear what you were referring to originally, I just assumed you meant RGB since that’s the common complaint

Not only unnecessary, stupid as well with totally missed opportunity. I mean, who ever said: "Yes, I want a graphic card that has skin and diarrhea color scheme that literally fits nowhere" !?!!??

 

And to make matters worse, if the render is anywhere real, totally missed opportunity to create an industrial looking graphic card with massive heatsink and 2x or 3x Noctua Redux fans on it. Literally stock Noctua Redux fans slapped on top of a big heatsink. Not only it would have great performance, it would look cool, easy to replace fans with new Noctua (or any other fan), easy to take them off for cleaning without voiding warranty and they should just straight up have standard 4pin PWM connectors for them like motherboards. How cool would that be? I'd totally buy graphic cards with such coolers.

 

Instead they opted for some weird proprietary shroud design with proprietary fans that just look ugly. UGH, WHY?!

Does LTT realize how terrible their titles and thumbnails are for disabled people especially considering this is a news channel? Imagine being blind and your text to speech tool reads "Who saw this coming?". How are you suppose to know anything about the video and if you should watch it? You could keep tabbing down and have it read off the timestamps but damn is that a pain. I see it as deception or entrapment if you are blind as you are forcing the user to watch the video in order to learn what the video is about.
