Recently I got a prompt from microsoft to install windows 11 preview build. Should I install it or not and can it run microsoft teams

Your choice honestly. With it being beta, there are and will be bugs and issues that could potentially be fatal to what you do on your system. If you're OK with that risk, then go for it. If not and you want to be safe, then avoid it.

Hard no for me

 

W11 is still in beta and there might be some really bad glitches so id suggest just staying away from it

 

Unless you happen to have a second drive that you dont use, in that case just install w11 on the unused drive

Like the other posts say, it's a beta so it'll be unstable. Considering you need MS Teams, you're probably using it for work or school, so I'd recommend not installing it.
