Im Having a massive issue with windows 10 and all my programs crashing!

Today I went on my computer every other day. And it was working totally fine until i just logged onto my computer in the afternoon and was and still is experiencing crashing issues. As an example, I would start up steam select a game to  play, then the game will open for a second, then the gam and steam would crash. Or i would use google chrome, then it would randomly crash at some point. I have done nothing with my settings, please help because i need my laptop to work for school.

@tinglemaskplease provide your system specs in your topic so members can help identify your issue.. also provide a more in depth account if what exactly occurred when you experienced the crashing.

Or i would use google chrome, then it would randomly crash at some point. Some times the computer would go black for a second too. Some programs is crashing more than others. Should it be fixed if I roll back the windows update or something? I have done nothing with my settings, please help because i need my laptop to work for school.

 

Specs: Cpu and IGPU: athlon 300u vega 3 (thats really all i can give u since it is a laptop)
