i do have to rgbpx to normal 5v argb adapter

ya that will work. but if you want to have one color on one and another color on a different fan/strip you need another header that can be controlled.

the quadro has 1 argb  header has pwm fan control

the farbwerk nano has 1 argb header no pwm fan controller

the octo has 2 argb  headers has pwm fan control

the farbwerk 360 has 4 argb headers no pwm fan controller

the aquaero 5/6 has 3 rgb headers has pwm control +other stuff

the farbwerk USB has 4 rgb headers has pwm control +other stuff

the farbwerk USB Bluetooth has 4 rgb headers and has Bluetooth control from phone. has pwm control +other stuff

so you would need to buy another quadro or octo or farbwerk 360 for 2 to 5 different colors zones.

there are cheaper controller that have more headers but you will have to use there software...

corsair proprietary pro up to 12 headers, core up to 6 headers per controller

thermatake proprietary (thow not that proprietary ) used DuPont connectors, 6 headers

razer stander connector, 4 headers

lian li stander connector, 4 headers

dont recomend

ek stander connector

zalmon proprietary i think? i own it sadly...

coolermaser stander connector

nzxt proprietary

or there manual controller with a remote/case button,

or mb control thow there software it hit and miss and is also frustrating...

hi everyone, i'm currently this splitter on my 5v addressable rgb (42 LEDs total)

i can't individually control the each LED while using the above 5v rgb splitter (looks like a parallel splitter to me)

for example: 1 fans & 1 led strip all LED set to yellow; when i change 1 led to blue on my fan, my LED strip 1st LED change to blue as well

will this splitter from id-cooling (fs-04 argb) allow me to control each LED? since they look like serial connection

You would need an active splitter todo this.

err... to control each addressable LED indivitually on 1 component with having an effect on another component?

I know currently all my LEDs do light up, but control them separately is an issue right now

according to msi b550m mortar JRAINBOW header (3 pin 5v rgb) supports up to 75 SMD5050 LEDs on WS2812B at max 5v 3a

You need to delay the signal to split it up into multiple streams and that's only possible with some electronics.

not sure if my problem is due to parallel splitters
