Lamborghini speaker

Probably sounds like crap. Much like designer shoes, they're designed to look good, not to be practical.

Did you not just read their comment?

It probably is some semi decent stuff in a designer casing and then you pay 24000$ for the brand easily.

Branded merch made by other companies is pretty rarely built to the quality of the company's own products, a lot of the time it's a shitty cash grab though there are exceptions. As the others said, this is probably ok speakers shoved into a box with a lambo logo.

It's made by a company called iXOOST. The actual casing is made from genuine Lamborghini exhaust parts. Seems their other stuff uses carbon and forged carbon housings so it's not like it's some crappy plastic casing.

There's very little info on the actual speaker, but really this isn't something you'd buy for the audio quality, it's intended as art.

Don't know how much the exhaust tips on an Aventador go for but it's definitely not cheap. $25,000 actually seems a bit on the lower side for what something like this is normally priced at.

EDIT: There's a distinct lack of any videos with audio from the speaker, could only find one and the quality of the video and audio's not great so can't gauge too much.

Poster of the video said it was good, but they've heard better, so safe to assume it's nothing amazing, but at least not complete crap in a fancy body.

Yeah but the pipes are not suppose to be round, but rather fit the shape of the casing so you can barely notice them:

It all depends on the year. the early models use round while the late modes changed to a more boxy style.

The Aventador was released in 2011,and the 2011 models still had the boxy pipes, not round ones:

As someone who has been intimately involved with (granted, older ones) Lamborghinis, allow me to correct you here.

The "tech" is no different. ABS and traction control is ABS and traction control, whether from a civic or a Lambo. It's simply tuned to the level of power it's expected to control.

Ditto the engine. Nothing special under the hood of either one, the basics of internal combustion is well know these days, just the Lambo has it on a much larger scale.

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.

I was talking more about launch control and Trans tech. Every new car has ABS and traction control.

Funny enough no. Lamborghini electronics come completely from VAG parts bin (with the exception of V12 ECUs). BCMs, electronics, buttons, infotainment, ABS module is are VAG (with the exception of V12 cars IIRC).

All the results in Google are aftermarket exhausts...

If you click on the image it will lead to a page selling the exhaust.

BUt you didn't say that specifically, and "launch control" is just a fancy traction control. Most of that stuff, pioneered by the Japanese and Germans auto makers, filter down to the Italians anyway

Launch control actually disables traction control.
