2yold new old phone battery self-discharge

I'm getting a decent deal on a new old phone (Redmi K20) from a local retailer. The box is sealed but the manufacturing date is July 2019. I'm concerned about how much the battery's been discharging itself for two years by now. Would it be at 0% and have degraded, or should the phone still be fine to buy rn?

Should be fine, but You will have warranty, so if something will be wrong with battery or phone during the warranty period they will have to replace it(fix it) for free
