help with pc build and nas build

ok so I have a pc that i want to build I got a Ryzen 9 5900X and MSI B550 Mag Tomahawk and a Asus 1070 from my old build. I want to use my old build as a nas it has a ryzen 3700 with a gigabyte aorus elite x570 and that 1070 im use on my new build I know that it has no onboard graphics. so i also have a intel cpu i dont remember the exact model but it has a asrock z77 pro motherboard for a nas. for the new build I need a case cooler ram and psu and a m.2 recommendation and help with the nas build too
