Aorus x570 pro WiFi not seeing windows 10, only the SSD it's on.

I have been experiencing a strange issue with my motherboard and windows 10. I first noticed this when I tried to turn secure boot on for the windows 11 insider beta. When I turned it on, windows and the drive was not detected, only my WD SSD with manjaro on it. When secure boot is off, it sees the drive (the Samsung 970 Evo), but mentions nothing about windows on it. When I built this pc, I migrated it from another SSD, and I am wondering if that could be why it is doing this. Also I have to press f12 to boot into windows by selecting the drive in the boot menu.

 

Edit: I just remembered when I tried to settup refind it couldn't find windows, only manjaro.

Probably because the drive is formatted as mbr and not gpt?
