Monitor ( Acer ET430 ) Flickering without attach to desktop or laptop. How to fix it?

What do you mean when you say:

from the look of the screenshot it is showing your desktop so it would have to be connected to your PC. if it wasn't attached the screen would be black.

I know... First I think HDMI cable problem, but when I remove HDMI, the ACER logo when starting is flickering too.
