Song not available on IOS

Getting really annoyed with IOS. 
 

I keep randomly getting songs in my music library that get greyed out and when i try to play them i get the message: “This song is not currently available in your country or region”. 90% of my library is ripped from CD’s i own and were synced to my Iphone Xr via iTunes. I keep doing all of the thing apple recommends before I finally cave a delete said song from my library, go dig up the CD and re-rip the album. Most of the time its random songs in my library but I do have a particular album that always seems to grey out at least once a year. “Found in Far Away Places” by August Burns Red.
