If that's the only thing that doesn't work then it's the motherboard.

i have a random intel mobo and it wont post i have tested the psu cpu ram gpu and monitor

psu- 400w evga

cpu i5-2600

gpu gtx 260

ram corsair vengance lp DDR3 1866mhz 8gb  2 by 4

storage 500gb wd hdd

the fan on the cpu and psu spin but no post

If that's the only thing that doesn't work then it's the motherboard.
