So I downloaded an Ubuntu ISO Imange onto my usb stick, and when I tried to boot into Ubuntu all that happened was it went straight to windows AND I cant access my uefi I NEED ANSWERS PLEASE!!

You NEED to explain better thats what you NEED!

First let us begin with you sharing some information about what system we are talking about.

Putting pls help in title works exactly opposite of what you would think we are not payed employees!!!

Next explain us how you put the ISO on the USB stick, there are several ways and some are incorrect.

Also please explain what you mean with cant access UEFI. (Do you mean you cannot get into your UEFI-BIOS?)

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!
I'm just helping YOU to help YOURSELF!
(The more info you give the easier it is for others to help you out!)

Not willing to capitulate to the ignorance of the masses!

Well here’s the first part to make it a bit simpler.

The uefi/bios determines boot order, which means we need to access that.

The first thing we need to know to assist with that is to know the model of the device or motherboard, as the ability to access the bios is different amongst all of the options.

Another option is to remove the hard drive, so that the only drive attached is the usb drive.

Did you burn it properly, or just copy and paste the file onto the USB drive?

Most systems will do that unless you specifically tell them not to - the internal hard drive is prioritised over an external storage medium.

What do you mean "I can't access my UEFI"?

Thanks for reading all this by the way!

By the way, my desktop is a docked laptop. Get over it, No seriously, I have an exterrnal monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, ethernet and cooling fans all connected. Using it feels no different to a desktop, it works for several hours if the power goes out, and disconnecting just a few cables gives me something I can take on the go. There's enough power for all games I play and it even copes with basic (and some not-so-basic) video editing. Give it a go - you might just love it.

You can get Windows to boot to bios by clicking Start button > Power > hold down shift and click restart

From the blue screen that shows click Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > UEFI Firmware settings

Your PC should reboot and show the BIOS.

You can disable fast boot so you can enter BIOS from pressing the required key for your motherboard.

Umm. Looks like when win10 was installed you drive was not formatted as gpt (used for uefi) but mbr (legacy bios mode). So you wont get the option to boot to uefi firmware from that screen. This can be converted if you wanted to

But you should be able to get to the bios by disconnecting your drive and turning the system on surely?
