Thank you for the PCB photos. 👍

Those switch pins look soldered to the board to me. I don't see any hot-swap sockets either.

I don't think that keyboard is hot-swappable.

Ah, thanks.

This redragon keyboard was marketed as hotswapable, as you can see on the box.

Hotswapability was one of the reasons i got this keyboard. Got bloody scammed

if it's like mine then it is hotswappable and the box didn't even said it was ... Those are the outemu hotswappable "socket" ... it's like some pin cover that are soldered in the pcb ... it's hard AF to remove the switch the first time ... but I was able to do it for all the keyboard.

I used a small knife to gently bend the switch off the pcb (well I was bending the pcb off the switch in fact) making sure not to destroy anything while looking on the side of it like on the third picture ... when I saw that they were able to separate and that it was hotswappable then I used a knife (didn't have any switch puller back then) to pry one corner of the switch while pushing on the retention tab that was maintaining the switch on the plate with a wooden cuticle pusher.  I did one side of the switch and then the other.  It was a really long process cause I didn't want to break anything.  After the first time removing them it gets really easier to do it again.

Maybe you got another version of the keyboard tho ... I can't guaranty yours is hotswappable even tho it's supposed to be according to the box.  Be careful when you try it.  Maybe, at some point, that would be best to just get another keyboard with the same layout that is actually using good hotswappable socket, something like the gmmk or the keychron K(don't remember which number).  It would just be sad to break the only keyboard you have.
