Switching from Xbox - Need a $900 PC for 1080p Gaming, Streaming and Programming

AbelMinar

Budget (including currency): $925 / 3400 AED

Country: United Arab Emirates

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Playing Games such as: Minecraft, Rocker League, Overwatch, CSGO, R6S and BF4. Preferable able to stream and game with a playable frame rate (60+ FPS). Also using it for programming, content creation on Adobe Premier Pro and also Blender.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Already have 1080p 144 Hz Monitor and Mechanical Keyboard and Mouse. $925 is my max, so anything lower is fine but anything higher would be unobtainable. Switching from Console Gaming but have some prior knowledge to PC building. Due to the scalpers, I have no idea how much inflated the price have gotten so I need help to pick parts to build this PC. Any suggestions and recommendations are appreciated, Thanks in advance!

Not really gonna happen in the current market. I wouldn't bother including a USD price unless you're paying in USD, it's irrelevant to you.

Hmmm..... there are prebuilts. But I'm assuming you want to build. Let me help you.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3100 QUAD CORE 3.9GHZ AM4 Processor in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, UAE, Oman, KSA (gccgamers.com). This is the AMD 3 3100 Ryzen Processor. It is an excellent processor for budget gamers, so yeah, go with this one. Price: 450 AED.

Motherboard: I'm assuming you'd upgrade, it's nice to get a motherboard that will be good for upgrades. Here: ASUS TUF Gaming X570-PRO (WiFi 6) AM4 Zen 3 Ryzen 5000 & 3rd Gen Ryzen ATX Motherboard (PCIe 4.0, 2.5Gb LAN, BIOS Flashback, HDMI 2.1, USB 3.2 Gen 2: Buy Online at Best Price in UAE - Amazon.ae This is an excellent motherboard for upgrades. Sure, it's expensive, but will be extremely sufficient. There's also the B550-Plus on amazon for like 645 if you won't upgrade, or the B550M-DS3H for 385. Get the B550-Plus if you won't upgrade or do a small upgrade. If you'll upgrade to a new platform very soon, get the DS3H.

Graphics card: Sure, they're out of stock, but at MSRP. Wait and it'll come in. ZOTAC Gaming GeForce GTX 1650 Super Twin Fan 4GB GDDR6 128-Bit Gaming Graphics Card, Super Compact Graphics Card - Black | ZT-T16510F-10L (gccgamers.com)

RAM: This is a pair of 16gb 3600mhz, which is excellent. https://www.amazon.ae/gp/product/B083V93HJG/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?smid=A2QUTRSO1ZHRN9&psc=1 Price: 364

Case: 4000D airflow. This is an excellent case for upgrades. The I/O isn't that good, but you have the motherbaord I/O. https://www.amazon.ae/gp/product/B08C74694Z/ref=ox_sc_act_title_7?smid=A18S2T518BNNTX&psc=1 Price: 320.

Storage: 500Gb ssd. I'm sure you'll need more, but I'm trying to keep this as cheap as possible, you can upgrade later. https://www.amazon.ae/gp/product/B086BGWNY8/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_5?smid=A2IRHB5P9A64NP&psc=1

And finally, the power supply. You should get more than you need for upgrades. Here: http://gccgamers.com/corsair-rm750x-series-750-watt-80-gold-certified-fully-modular-power-supply-cp-9020179-uk.html or for the same price: http://gccgamers.com/corsair rm850 850 watt 80 plus gold certified fully modular power supply | cp-9020196-uk.html. You can see what you want. Both are good enough, but check about the RM850, I think it's discontinued. Please ask about this. We have went a bit over budget, so I think Instead of the X570-Pro Wi-Fi, get the B550-Plus. You will have no Wi-FI tho, so get a Wifi card or use ethernet. There are some peripherals, like the fans, there's this: https://www.amazon.ae/gp/product/B002QVLBM2/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_8?smid=A18S2T518BNNTX&psc=1. The price changes daily, the lowest price goes at 30. Get them when it goes for that price. Get 2, 3, or 4 depending on your fan configuration. You're welcome.

Total price: 3326 without fans. Price with 3 fans (Recommended): 3416. Tell me if you want an intel build.

Thanks for the recommendation. So far, I thought of https://pcpartpicker.com/list/WwG6W3 Do you think this would be a good deal? It all adds up to 3482 AED. The 980 Ti was above msrp but still better than budget cards.

That is extremely bad. Your case has no airflow, your motherboard is an oven, your power supply will blow up your system, your storage ssd is too low, and for windows if you have a machine that ran on windows 10, you can copy-paste it. Or if you don't, you can buy something like you listed for 20$.
