Yeah... My school blocked it. That's never good.

But they also block Facebook. Oh wait...

Well it sucks that all video and audio sites, like Grooveshark and Pandora and Youtube, have been blocked, due to state testing. Also LTT and all other forums are blocked, but that's a different reason.

Okay... I guess it would have helped if I said this site was blocked for phishing and Facebook is blocked for social networking. Forgot our school's firewall did that.

You can read user reviews, problems, their quires, responses and rating about the site in  http://webutation.net

 

You can also do a whois search in the site WhoisXY.com  and know the owner, technical, administrative contact details etc.. you can use the phone number or email id which you get in whois search and try to contact the person and clarify your doubts.

 

If the site has SSL certificate it is good site for transactions. SSL certificate enabled site looks like https://paypal.com.

They dont even have an SSL/HTTPS installed on their server. Every legitimate online business has an SSL Certificate installed on their server, to ensure the customer there personal info is safe.
