I have an Iphone 6s, and would like to upgrade to non-ios

I was looking at the poco m3, and it has everything I want at a reasonable price, and is an all around upgrade from the iphone 6s (other than support probably).  I would be willing to spend $250 tops, even if it doesn't get support for as long as iphone does (kinda lol).  Other than the poco m3, is there any other phones that would be a good choice?

Redmi note 10 is good, for $250 you probably can buy a poco x3 which has much better features.

OS support in xiaomi is good, they can last 3-4 years of updates.

excuse me, i mean note 10 pro, note 10 is a little bit smaller.

i've been using note series since the 5th, planning to buy 10 pro myself.
