Pc doesn't give output after cleaning

So i made a pretty dumb decision today and tried to clean my pc with vacuum. I unplugged my pc and cleaned the metal psu cover with "hand" vacuum cleaner and the other half of the cleaner touched the gpu. And now it doesn't give display output. Did i kill my pc? What can i try before sending it to service?

Check all internal connections. If you feel comfortable you can try a Gpu Reseat and CMOS reset.

Other things you can try.

Try a different monitor/cable

Try only using 1 ram stick at a time. (Unless you only have one)
