TrueNAS Scale: Error In Apps Service

Im very new to NAS, and decided to start with a TrueNAS Scale OS Version:TrueNAS-SCALE-24.04.0. Im relatively new to Linux.

 

Drives are mirrored and I can read and write to the drives from a variety of devices (ipad, WIndows PC's).

But I cant get access to the apps.  I get the error: Error In Apps Service.
 

Failed to start kubernetes cluster for Applications: [EFAULT] Kube-router routes not applied as timed out waiting for pods to execute

Failed to start kubernetes cluster for Applications: Client connection error raised from '/api/v1/pods' endpoint

I have tried the following:

1. Settings > Advanced settings > Enabled or unabled GPU support. Also removed the corresponding dataset just in case that helped.
2. Set the time to correct UK time in BIOS and in TrueNAS.
3. Set the time to UTC time.
4. System Settings > General > added UTP time servers for uk eg  0.uk.pool.ntp.org and set to IBurst

The times it states in its error messags are 1hr ahead of actual time.

I also get errors when trying to update: Cannot connect to host update.ixsystems.com:443 ssl:default [Temporary failure in name resolution]: Automatic update check failed. Please check system network settings.

 

I have looked over the net for solutions, but cant seem to find one that works.

Any ideas?

Have you set gateway for the nas, I'd vaguely remember that I've had to set gateway for internet for the nas.

 

Once you have internet for nas try updating and try again.
