CHOO-CHOO!!

For a good board ATM, I'd go with either MSI or Gigabyte, ASRock is another consideration to look at.
Used to be MSI was the dog out of these but they have made strides since the days of AM3/AM3+ to improve their offerings. Gigabyte that I know of is still good and while ASRock might not be a top choice overall, they are still good and useable boards.
I hate that Asus has fallen as far as they have and was the "Go-To" brand I used back in those days because they got the job done but now...... I'd have to think thrice about getting one.

@GreenLeaf
I can say the three I named are what to look at BUT at the same time no make is perfect so if you are eying a particular model those do make, do a little digging to see if it's fine for your use or not along with any outstanding issues they may have.

what’s the best 250 - 300 bucks x670-e motherboard

i am NOT planning to spend more than that on the piece that connects everything together.

Wait till one of my boards dies, then this guy will be on that train too lol 😄

But honestly, that is the reason why I buy their boards.. they just go.

Sad to hear that is not the case these days 😞
