My gpu blocks my x1 pcie slot and leaves barely any space for pcie x4 slot

I have my custom pc build that has the b450m ds3h and the Asus tuf 1650 super and the graphics card blocks x1 slot which is not visible and almost covering the pcie x4 slot so I can't add a wifi card any solutions?

You could just get a USB WiFi card, or you might be able to move your GPU to the next full PCIe slot down.

You can get riser cables and screw your card outside the motherboard footprint in those 4 empty locations.

Depending on how much space is actually left you could possibly fit a right angle PCI-E x1 Riser cable and not completely block the GPU fan.
15 - 20$ on Amazon and E-bay, It looks like this:

Don't know if it is worth the hassle for a WiFi card:
1) You could secure the WiFi card in the bracket on the left (pc case) and leave the female end of the riser dangling from the WiFi card (just make sure the back end doesn't short anything).
2) Proper way would be to drill two extra holes in the case, put two spacer screws and then secure the female end of the riser to that.
