okay so thats a later patch that should have fixed any issues.

 

EDIT: oh 1330 is a patch that can have issues. give the machine a full shutdown and  then bring it back up with the power button

As mentioned some update might fix but your system is pretty much on the edge so I would turn some settings down or off and close background apps (especially if you have something like chrome open)

CPU and RAM. I upgraded from 3570K to 3100 and all my stutters went away. You can check which component is bottlenecking you by running a benchmark in game. If the game is running a HDD, it does increase the stutters too.

okay so are 2 or 4 ram slots used right now?
if only 2 are then its easy to go buy another 2 sticks of 4gb of ram. if all 4 are filled then your best bet is to go buy 2 8gb sticks

yes true i have 3 slot used one 4gb and two 2gb one slot is free

okay. so just another 4gb stick should help but you could get 3 if you wanted to move to 16gb instead of 12gb

no, your going to be CPU limited in some but it should help
I'd start with ram, then think about a CPU

good to here the update fixed it. yeah 4gb of DDR3 should be pretty cheap
