The PC looks good, and that's a good card. But I would recommend getting either a 1TB ssd instead of 500gb, or adding a 1TB HDD, because you'll run out of storage real quick with only 500gb. It'll be able to game quite nicely

But just be aware that Xbox Game Pass isn't like GeForce Now, it isn't a streaming service.

Yes, the new b560 intel platform supports higher ram frequencies than b460 before it

Why do you have an ITX board in an ATX case?

As others have said, get a 1TB SSD and drop the HDD. Makes more sense.

Aim for CL16 RAM.

You'll be waiting about a year, if not longer for GPU prices to normalize.
By then a 2000 series card will be 2 generations old...

No, it doesn't. It would cost more while only increasing loading times of games. If you don't mind those it is perfectly fine to use a HDD.
