Are my GPU and CPU temps okay?

Hi, firstly i don't know if it's right forum section to ask.

 

 I want to make sure if my CPU and GPU temps are okay. 

 

Game: Black Ops 2 

Graphics settings: Maxed out at 1280X1024 resolution.

OSD:

CPU: Intel Xeon X5450 3.00 GHz.

MB: ASUS ROG Commando.

GPU: Sapphire R9 280X Tri-X OC 3GB GDDR5 384-BIT.

RAM: Kingston 6 GB DDR2 800 MHz CL6.

HDD: Samsung HD155UI 1.5 TB 5400 RPM.

PSU: Gigabyte P650B 650W 80+ Bronze
