Seems like this thread has been going on for sometime now. I see the budget is around 1.2k + monitor but also a discussion over 11400/11600k/11700 and up. Honestly 10700 or anything around that price point doesn't make much sense when 10850K is around 360 USD @ Microcenter. But for this budget you want an 11400 + B560 + 3200C16, pair that with a 3070/3060 Ti of your choosing and you have yourself a solid list.

As for the integrated graphics discussion UHd 730 on the 11400 isn't that bad for an iGPU. It will suffice for simple tasks and get you throughout the day, definitely wont be doing any heavy gaming tho. here's the 1.2k USD list I've compiled. It will outperform 3700x and keep up closely to the 5600x in gaming (single core performance)

The list has 1TB of NVMe storage, if you find yourself in need of more storage then a 2TB HDD @ 7200 RPM - 55 USD would be a good option. The monitor included is 1080 144hz and IPS panel, for 170 USD its a steal. Once again if this is too high of a price point for you we can make altercations such as:switching the case to something cheaper such as the P360A, or downgrading storage to 500/512GB.
Either way the list posted below is what I would definitely go for in terms of value and price to performance.

use the uhd 730 iGPU on the 11400 until you can get your hands on a gpu. they're pretty hard to find.
